A message from Paul. . .

My purpose is to help you discover and receive your most in life. I seek to create value through making a genuine connection, listening, and learning to identify recurring patterns and then working with you to design a development plan that guides you to turning talents into strengths. My process is rooted in trust and relationship. Although the approaches I use are Strengths-Based, I understand how weaknesses and self-destructive patterns of thought, feeling and behavior can hold us back. 
 
During the first 20 years of my career as a salesperson and leader with Microsoft, Fox Sports, and Yahoo, I discovered and lived by the principles of Cognitive Behavior Therapy. In building high performing teams and the systems for others to deliver their best consistently, it was imperative that I understood the connection between each individuals’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and built cultures where they could deliver their best. 
 
In business and in life we always have a choice, but we can get stuck, knocked off track or become so caught up in chasing goals that we lose sight of what matters most. Ten years ago, I made a choice to help others discover and receive their unique talents and develop processes and systems to bring those gifts to life.

My areas of expertise are Leadership Development, Life and Career Coaching, Discovering, and Drawing out unique insights through personality assessments and Creating and Delivering Training.
 
On my personal journey to discovering and receiving my most IN Life, I have taken and studied over 40 personality assessments. Today, in the process to draw out insights, identity, integrate thoughts, feelings and actions and develop intentional growth plans, I work primarily with the Clifton Strengths, Myers-Briggs Personality Type, DISC and the Enneagram. I believe we are all God’s Masterpiece and that we were created for a unique and specific work in this world.
